Flag Lowered Half-Staff In Honor Of Rev. Billy Graham
Flags were ordered half staff by the governor in honor of Rev. Billy Graham, who died last week.

MASSACHUSETTS—If you see a flag at half-staff on Friday, here's why.
In accordance with a Presidential proclamation calling for the flag of the United States to be displayed at half-staff on the day of interment in memory of Reverend Billy Graham, who died on Wednesday, Feb. 21, Massachusetts Governor Charles D. Baker has ordered that the United States flag and the Commonwealth flag be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings from sunrise until sunset on Friday, March 2.
These gubernatorial orders apply to:
1. The main or administration building of each public institution of the Commonwealth, e.g. town and city halls.
2. Other state-owned or state-controlled buildings.
3. All state military installations.
