The Framingham Flyer Marching Band finished in second place in a New England Scholastic Band Association (NESBA) competition over the weekend in Reading. The Framingham High marching band earned a gold medal, with a score of 85.3.Under the direction of Andrew Jasinski, the theme of this year's performance is The Sea.Framingham's drum major is junior Lara Williams.The team finished in second place in the Division 2 competition. The Somerset-Berkley Regional Blue Raider band finished first in the division.
