And in the Bay State, apparently the best cupcake in all of the state is at the Foodie Cafe in Framingham. Insider just released its findings, with help from Yelp!, on the best cupcake in each state. Foodie Cafe not only won the title, but Insider specifically noted that their vanilla cupcake is deemed the best.
