Framingham Man Indicted on Rape and Child Pornography Charges

The same Framingham man, 52, was indicted on 6 counts of child rape earlier this year by another grand jury.

A Middlesex Country grand jury indicted a Framingham man on rape and child pornography charges.

Brian Sherman, 52, of Framingham, was charged with rape of a child by force (2 counts), indecent assault and battery on a person under the age of 14, and possession of child pornography (6 counts).

In August, a different grand jury indicted Sherman on charges of rape, rape of a child by force (6 counts), and indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14 (3 counts).

No other details about the case were released by the Middlesex County district attorney’s office.
