Framingham Reached 50 Degrees Tuesday; Could Reach 60 Today

Temperatures in Framingham reached 50 degrees yesterday, and could reach 60 degrees today, March 11.

Temperatures have not been this high for more than 3 months - or about 100 days ago,

The warm spell will be short-lived, however, as lows will reach the 20s tomorrow and Friday.

There’s a chance of light snow Friday night and Saturday. It could be the last time we see snow this winter, as the first day of spring on March 20 approaches.

Here is the lastest forecast for Framingham according to the National Weather Service:

• This morning expect fog before 9 a.m.. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 60. Northwest wind 6 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

• Thursday -- Sunny, with a high near 42. Northwest wind 6 to 11 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph.
• Thursday Night -- Mostly clear, with a low around 20.
• Friday -- Mostly sunny, with a high near 38.
• Friday Night -- A chance of snow. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 25. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
• Saturday -- Rain and snow likely. Patchy fog before 7am. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a high near 40. Chance of precipitation is 70%.
• Saturday Night -- A chance of rain and snow. Patchy fog after 10pm. Otherwise, cloudy, with a low around 30. Chance of precipitation is 40%.
