Framingham Resident Joins Greenough Communications

Prior to joining the public relations firm, Brad Puffer was Communications Director at the Massachusetts Attorney General's office.

Framingham resident Brad Puffer has left his position as Communications Director for the Massachusetts office of the Attorney General to work for Greenough Communications.

Greenough is a public relations agency, “centered around a disciplined storytelling approach that leverages traditional and web-based communications channels.”

In his role as as an account director, Puffer ”will play an integral role in providing counsel, media relations and team leadership for the agency’s healthcare, professional services, technology and non-profit clientele,” stated a press release.

Puffer was spokesperson and Communications Director for the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office. There, according to the press release, “he maintained strong relationships with local and national media, and led the AG’s content marketing efforts and social media channels.”

Greenough said it would “leverage his experience in government relations, public affairs and crisis communications as part of the agency’s media team.”

Prior to his role at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office, Puffer was a reporter, anchor, and documentary producer for NECN, WJXT in Jacksonville, Florida, and WGBH.

A Tufts University graduate, Puffer has a Master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University.
