Framingham State Bats Blasted Lesley College for 19-0 Victory
The Rams are scheduled to be back in action on Saturday when they open league play with a pair of games at Fitchburg State.

Senior infielder Ivan Colon, a Waltham product, hit two home runs to lead the Framingham State University baseball team to a 19-0 victory over Lesley University in non-conference action Wednesday evening at the New England Baseball Complex in Northborough.
With the win, the Rams improve to 8-5 on the year, while the loss drops the Lynx to 4-9 on the season.
The Rams got on the board in the bottom of the second on a two RBI single to right field off the bat of senior Matt Gerard , a Milford product.

Framingham State tacked on eight runs in the bottom of the third including a solo home run and a three run shot from Colon. Senior Mark Mainini also plated a pair in the inning with a two RBI single.
The Rams capped the scoring with nine runs in the seventh including a three RBI double from freshman Chris Riga.

Junior Dillon Corliss earned the victory in the circle going five innings and allowing no runs on two hits with three walks and six strikeouts. Jeff Heinz suffered the loss for the Lynx going two and two thirds and allowing 10 runs, four earned, on seven hits with six walks and a strikeout.
