Framingham State Softballers Earn Conference Honors of the Week

Sophomore infielder Kylie Boyle of Billerica has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference Softball Player of the Week and freshman infielder Bridget McGrail of Worcester has been named the MASCAC Softball Rookie of the Week for the week ending March 29.

Boyle went 4-for-9 at the plate for the week (.444) with a double, triple, four RBI and four runs scored as the Rams went 2-1. She went 3-for-6 with a walk, three runs scored and an RBI in a doubleheader split with Fitchburg State and picked up three RBI in a win over Lesley.

McGrail also went 4-for-9 on the week with a double, two runs scored and five RBI. She went 3-for-7 at the plate with a double, three RBI and two runs scored against Fitchburg State and drove in two more runs in win over Lesley.
