Framingham Woman Charged With Assaulting Man, 103

The woman was seen on security cameras stumbling and staggering down the hallways before she tried to force her way into man's apartment.

A Framingham woman, 53, has been charged with assaulting her former neighbor, a man, 103 years old.

Leslie Belliveau, was seen on security cameras “heavily intoxicated” and stumbling and staggering down the hallways of the Irving Street apartment complex before she forced her way into her fomer neighbor’s apartment, according to Framingham Police.

The woman knocked on her former neighbor’s door and demanded money from him when he answered the door, according to police.

When he tries to close the door, she pushed the door open, said Police. The man tried to use the emergency button, that is installed in each of he apartments but the woman prevented him from doing so.

After the woman left, with no money, according to Police, the man then used the emergency button to call for help.

Belliveau was charged with assault and battery on a person over 60 or a disabled person and witness intimidation.

She was arraignment before Thanksgiving, at Framingham District Court. She was ordered to stay away from the man, 103, at the arraignment.
