Happy 5th Birthday Framingham Patch!

One of the reasons for Framingham Patch's success has been you - our loyal readers!

On Dec. 1 2010, Framingham Patch went live.

Over the last five years, Patch has covered hundreds of Framingham school and PTO events, countless sessions of Town Meeting, way too many crashes, scores of business openings and closings, and everything else that happens in Framingham.

I launched Framingham Patch as your local editor, and despite some changes over the past five years, including new ownership in early 2014 when AOL sold 900+ Patch sites, I’m happy to still be reporting, writing, and photographing the happenings in town.

Since 2013, Framingham Patch has averaged more than 50,000 unique visitors per month on its site. An amazing accomplishment!

Framingham Patch continues to be committed to covering the Town of Framingham, from the community organizations like the Framingham History Center and the Friends of Saxonville, to the Framingham Library to all the festivals and fairs each year, to the events hosted by all the schools in town, to high school and local youth sports and everything in between.

Despite being a one-woman newsroom, Framingham Patch strives daily to have more Framingham news than any other news source. And how that is done most days is through the support of you - our readers!

Daily Framingham Patch publishes a handful to a dozen Framingham-based reports, along with state and MetroWest news you need to know.

Every morning, around 6 a.m., Framingham Patch published a newsletter of its top 5 reports.

You can subscribe for the free newsletter by clicking here. By subscribing, you also will receive news alerts for traffic, crashes, crime, and school news.

Thank you for the support!

Here’s to another 5 years!
