IMAGE GALLERY: Flyers Lose to Natick 3-2

The Framingham High boys baseball team hosted rival Natick and lost a close one on Friday.

Noah Gelman was the starting pitcher for Framingham.

It was a 1-1 tie going into the sixth inning, when Framingham scored a run, taking a 2-1 lead into the seventh.

Natick pulled ahead 3-2 in the 7th inning, via a 2-run single with men on second and third.

Framingham got the lead-off batter on base in the seventh inning.

Then with one out, a soft line-drive was hit to the first baseman, who was able to get to the base, double-off the runner and end the game.

The final score was Natick 3 and Framingham 2.
