At the end of October, the BLOCKS preschool students at Juniper Hill enjoy a βPumpkin Walkβ in the wooded path behind the school.
Each class decorates a pumpkin, as a class project, with a favorite character or theme they enjoy, explained BLOCKS Director Rosie Alvarez.
βPumpkins are donated to our school with our school PTO paying it forward by making a donation to a child/family in need in our school or community,β said Alvarez. βIt is a spectacular event shared by all!β
