LOG: Cyclist Struck, 4 a.m. Crash, and Police Called To Several Restaurants

Sunday, August 2: 1 arrest and 5 crashes

1:15 a.m. Police arrested at Isla Restaurant, Route 135, Estuardo Herrera, 24, of 90 Arlington Street, 2nd floor, of Framingham. Charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery with hands, and resisting arrest.

1:09 a.m. Loud music reported at the Civic League, 214 Concord Street. Framingham Police advised.

1:40 a.m. Loud music reported at 46 Hayes Street. Framingham Police removed the group.

4:14 a.m. Motor vehicle crash at Irving and Leland Streets. Unknown injuries.

6:45 a.m. Suspicious person reported at the Framingham Parking Garage, 15 Pearl Street. Framingham Police removed the individual.

9:43 a.m. Loud music reported at 926 Waverely Street. Framingham Police advised.

9:49 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at 1098 Waverely St.

12:43 p.m. Suspicious activity reported at CVS Pharmacy, 776 Water Street. Framingham Police removed.

1:48 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Winthrop Street and Winthrop Terrace. Car vs a bicycle. Unknown injuries.

1:59 p.m. Medical assistance requested at the Jefferson Hill pool

2:01 p.m. Animal complaint reported at TGI Friday’s, Shoppers World. Framingham Police removed.

3:04 p.m. Medical assistance requested at Middlesex Savings Bank, 598 Worcester Rd. Framingham Fire transported.

5:02 p.m. Parking problem reported at Burger King, Route 30, Framingham Police advised.

5:32 p.m. Medical assistance requested at MBTA Train Station, 495 Waverley Street. Framingham Fire transported one individual.

5:45 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Trader Joe’s.

5:45 p.m. Disturbed person reported at Walden School, 80 Kellogg Street. Police transport.

6:36 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Park & Ride, 1800 Worcester Rd. No injuries.

7:04 p.m. Group reported at Learneds Pond, 28 Shawmut Terrace. Framingham Police removed.

7:43 p.m. Group reported at Samba West, 1583 Worcester Rd. Framingham Police removed the group.

9:16 p.m. Attempted break in reported at 26 Bishop Drive.

9:30 p.m. Hit & run crash reported at 61 Alexander Street

9:56 p.m. Suspicious person reported at 6 Bishop Drive. Framingham Police removed.

10:47 p.m. Suspicious person reported at Dunkin Donuts, Route 135. Framingham Police removed.
