This was no Goldilocks and the Three Bears. It was a man with a brick who took a nap in a house, allegedly.

FRAMINGHAM, MA—A Framingham man is facing charges after police say he broke into a home, drank a bottle of wine, and passed out on a bed in the basement.
On Nov. 13 at 6:11 p.m., Vaughn T. Buckley allegedly broke into 55 Oaks Road in Framingham by breaking the rear window with a brick. He then reportedly went in and drank a bottle of wine from the refrigerator. When the homeowners returned they found Buckley passed out on their son's bed, said police, in the basement of the home. They woke him and asked him why he was in their house.
Homeowners called police, and occupied Buckley until police arrived.
