McAuliffe Charter Marches in 45th Annual Boston Pride Parade

The Framingham charter school's Gay Straight Alliance participated in the parade on Saturday, June 13.

The Christa McAuliffe Charter School in Framingham launched a Gay Straight Alliance (GSA) this school year.

Yesterday, students from the school, along with alumni, staff, and parents from the school, marched in the 45th Annual Boston Pride Parade.

They joined thousands of others, including Boston Mayor Marty Walsh and Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healy, nation’s first openly gay state attorney general, on the parade route from Copley Square to City Hall Plaza on Saturday, June 13.

The theme of this year’s parade was “Wicked Proud.”
