Meet Finalists For Dunning Elementary Assistant Principal
Parents (and the public) can meet the two finalists on Wednesday, May 20 at 6:30 p.m.

Two finalists have been announced for the position of assistant principal at Dunning Elementary School.
Current Dunning Principal Kim Taylor will become the principal of King Elementary School for the 2015-16 school year and current Assistant Principal Michele Schecter was recently promoted to Principal for the K-5 school for the 2015-16 school year.
Parents can meet the finalists for the assistant principal position at a meet and greet on Wednesday, May 20 at 6:30 p.m. at the Frost Street school.

The finalists are:
- Elizabeth Dolan: She is currently a doctoral student at Boston University studying educational leadership and policy. She has her advanced degrees from Boston College in elementary education and moderate special needs. She has been a first, second, and third grade teacher in the Newton Public Schools.
- Amy Mulkerin: She is currently a special education team chair for the Grafton Public Schools. She her national board teaching certification, and her advanced degrees from University of New York and Simmons College. She has taught kindergarten, second, third, and fourth grades.
