MetroWest Chamber Holds 9th Annual Educational Foundation Golf Tournament
The tournament raised money for the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce's Educational Foundation.
In support of a good cause, golfers from around the region joined together for a day of golf at Charter Oak Country Club on June 9 to raise money for the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce’s Educational Foundation.
The Educational Foundation supports educational programming for business growth and development and awards scholarships to graduating local high school seniors.
First place winners were from the team of Rockland Trust.

Second place went to the team from People’s United Bank.
A portion of the proceeds raised will support STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) scholarships as a way to assist with the talent pipeline in the region.

In 2015, the MetroWest Chamber awarded more than $13,000 in scholarships to area high school students.
