Mom and 2 Sons Arrested at 4 a.m., 2 Vehicles Crash Through Fences, and 2 Arrested on Drug Distribution Charges

12:33 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 665 Potter Road

1:23 a.m. Suspicious activity reported at Concord and Sanger streets.

3:47 a.m. Assault reported at 53 Claflin Street

4 a.m. Police arrested at St Tarcisius Church Michael Griffin, 28, of 29 Hilton St. of Framingham. Charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

4 a.m. Police arrested at 53 Claflin Street Michelle DeYoung, 37, of 154 Second Street of Framingham. Charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

4:05 a.m. Police arrested at St Tarcisius Church, 562 Waverly Street, David Griffin, 26, of 29 Hilton Street of Framingham. Charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

4:05 a.m. Police arrested at St Tarcisius Church, 562 Waverly St., Jane Lehr, 61, of 29 Hilton Street of Framingham. Charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

6:24 a.m. Police arrested at his residence Edwin Flores, 25, of 660 Waverly St of Framingham. Charged with a warrant.

6:48 a.m. Police arrested Jacente Poisson, 40, 8 Greenview St Apt 216 of Framingham. Charged on a warrant.

7:39 a.m. Police arrested Cleider Robeiro, 41, of 584 Concord St of Framingham. Charged on warrant.

8:02 a.m. Undesirable individual reported at Brandon House, 1224 Edgell Rd. Framingham Police removed the individual.

8:32 a.m. Police arrested Jesus Nieves, 35, of 19 Tri Street of Ashland. Charged on warrants.

8:36 p.m. Larceny reported on Riverpath Drive.

9:27 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 490 Old Conn Path

10 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Mellen and Winthrop streets.

11 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 51 Wood Ave, Car drove through homeowners’s fence and now in in front yard. Driver has a baby and 2 small children in car. Framingham Fire en route.

11:20 a.m. Larceny reported at 21 Waverley Ct.

2 p.m. Suspicious activity reported at Framingham Parking Garage, 15 Pearl St.

2:10 p.m. Police arrested at the garage Heather J Anniballi, 39, of 4B Proctor St of Framingham. Charged with violation of drug laws, possession with intent to distribute a Class C Drug.

2:10 p.m. Police arrested at the garage Javier Linarez, 40, of 92 Winthrop St. of Framingham. Charged with conspiracy to violate state’s drug laws, possession with intent to distribute a Class C drug, possession with intent to distribute a Class A drug, subsequent offense and resisting arrest.

3:09 p.m. Medical assistance requested at McCarthy School, 8 Flagg Dr. Framingham Fire transported one.

4:06 p.m. Shoplifter reported at TJ Maxx, 1 Worcester Rd.

4:31 p.m. Dirt Bikes reported at 67B Beaver Park Road.

4:28 p.m. Medical assistance requested at Whole Foods, 575 Worcester Rd. Framingham Fire transported one.

5:01 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 405 Wprcester Rd. No injuries. Framingham Fire en route for a 3 year old with epilepsy.

5:04 p.m. Motor vehicle investigation at Rozanna Street.

5:04 p.m. Police arrested at Blandin Avenue and Roxanna Street Adilson Alves DaSilva, 39, of 11 Weld Street Apt 1 of Framingham. Charged with operating a motor vehicle after license suspended.

5:40 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 101 Bishop Street. Driver went through fence at 1 Clark’s Hill. Framingham Fir en route. Person taken to UMass Worcester. Tow truck needed for vehicle.

6:39 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Concord and Sanger streets.

6:41 p.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at Callahan State park, 180 Millwood Street.

7:02 p.m. Police arrested at his residence Oswaldo Vasconcelos, 20, of 27 Willis St. Apt 24 of Framingham. Charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and malicious damage to a motor vehicle.

7:07 p.m. Disturbed person reported at Best Western, 130 Worcester Rd.

8:04 p.m. Disturbed person reported at Sage House, 517 Winter street

8:08 p.m. Breaking & entering reported at 31 Little Tree Lane.

8:17 p.m. Suspicious activity reported at Old Navy, Shoppers World.

9:22 p.m. Breaking & entering reported at 16 Janice Circle.

9:49 p.m. Motor vehicle investigation at Dennison Triangle

9:49 p.m. Police arrested at Dennison Triangle Michael DelMonaco, 23, of 171 Bishop Street of Framingham. Charged on warrants.

10:57 p.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at 438 Waverely Street.
