Mural Mondays Kicks Off Tonight at Deluxe Depot Diner

Framingham Downtown Renaissance, Deluxe Depot Diner and MAPA Translations have teamed up to launch Mural Mondays & Open Mike Night in downtown Framingham.

Every Monday night throughout the summer, starting tonight, June 22, attendees can watch artist Sorin Bica paint a mural for downtown Framingham.

The kick-off event starts tonight at the Deluxe Depot Diner at 5:30.

Meet Bica and join others, who believe that Downtown Framingham is a fabulous location for public art.

Learn about Immigrant Heritage with folks from MAPA Translations.

And weigh in with Holli Andrews from the Framingham Downtown Renaissance organization on what you’d like to see downtown -- Bowling alley? Movie theater? Music hall? Arts district?

At 7 p.m. hear live acoustic music from The Downing Project.
