Natick Man Indicted On 5th OUI Charge
Natick man was arrested by Framingham Police, found passed out behind the wheel, after his car struck a fence.

A Middlesex County grand jury indicted a Natick Man on his fifth charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the includence of alcohol.

Dean Demetri, 53, of Natick, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs, 5th offense, operating a motor vehicle to endanger, leaving the scene after causing property damage, operating under the influence of alcohol after a suspended license for operating under the influence, and possession of a class B substance (heroin).
Demetri was arrested on Saturday, Dec. 13, 2014 by Framingham Police.

The Natick man was found passed out behind the wheel of his car at 11:59 p.m. on South Street in Framingham. He still had his foot on the gas pedal and his vehicle had struck a fence and was resting on a lawn, according to authorities.
At the scene, first responders needed to administer Narcan, a drug used to treat overdoses.
Demetri has been convicted 11 times for driving with a revoked license.
He has been arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol five times.
The Assistant District Attorney prosecuting the case is Margaret Pastuszak.
