Nick Russo In Coma After Head Surgery: Framingham Police Still Investigating

After a long night at Boston Medical Center, family members say Nick Russo, 21, has made it through a major surgery.

"He survived surgery last night that removed part of his skull. He is currently in a coma and the next few days are very critical," Darlene Hayes, Russo's aunt, said.

Neighbors have said a resident of the area treated Russo until paramedics could arrive. Some neighbors said Russo's unconscious body may have been dumped out of a tan sedan.

He was employed as a cook at in Framingham.
