Open Spirit Hosting Candlelit Night of Poetry, Music, and Yoga
The event is Friday, March 20 at 7 p.m.

Open Spirit, on the campus of Edwards Church in Saxonville. is hosting an exquisite candlelit evening of spoken poetry, music and yoga Friday, March 20 at 7.
Join Jennifer Sundeen and John Calabria, as they celebrate the poetry of Lal Ded, the 14th century Shaivite mystic from Kashmir, whose unconventional and profound devotion to divine nature is still remembered today.
“We will be moving quietly and gently on our mats to the poetry of Lalla, and to the heart opening sounds of the strings, then melt into a long and loving svasana as we ~ like Lalla herself ~ find love and freedom for our own divine spirits. and freedom for our own divine spirits. No previous yoga experience or ability necessary,” said Rev. Debbie Clark.
Cost: $25 in advance; $30 at the door
Bring a mat, blanket, water, an eye pillow, and a friend! (We have some extra mats, blankets and friends!)
