Tuesday, Feb. 10: 1 arrest and 11 crashes

6:29 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Brookside Apartments.

7:16 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 1063 Worcester Road.

9:43 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle break at Arthur and Willis streets.

9:50 a.m. Hit & run crash reported at 328 Worcester Road.

12:24 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Irving & Hollis streets. Report of a fight at the scene.

1 p.m. Framingham Police arrest in Boston Luis Rios, 29, of 260D Ruggles Street Boston. Charged on warrants.

1:09 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Arthur and Concord streets. No injuries.

1:14 p.m. Overdose reported at 86A Taralli Terrace

1:49 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 847 Edgell Road.

2:09 p.m. Hit & run crash reported at 520 Worcester Road

2:35 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 420 Franklin St. No injuries. No damage to either vehicle.

2:43 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 146 Bishop St.

3:06 p.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at 47 Phelps Road.

3:22 p.m. Medical assistance requested at Edward Kennedy Health Center, 354 Waverely St.

4:17 p.m. Motor vehicle license plate stolen at Speen Street Auto,

4:48 p.m. Medical assistance requested at MetroWest Ear Nose Throat, 61 Lincoln St.

6:17 p.m. Breaking & entering reported at 90 Brookfield Circle

6:19 p.m. Hit & run crash reported at Hollis and Waushakum street.

6;25 p.m. Hit & run crash reported at 279 Worcester Road

6:55 p.m. Medical assistance requested at Turning Point, 3 Merchant Road.

8:57 p.m. Medical assistance requested at Advocates, 20 Vernon Street.

9:32 p.m. Disturbance reported at 29 Gordon Street. Framingham Police removed.

10:48 p.m. Medical assistance requested at Turning Point, 3 Merchant Road. Framingham Fire transported one.
