4:48 p.m. Police arrested at the Salvation Army Elena Fernandez, 30, of 176 Winthrop St. of Framingham. Charged with operating a motor vehicle after license suspended, operating a motor vehicle with defective equipment.

5:38 p.m. Report of a license plate stolen at Hastings House, 115 Cochituate Road.

6:08 p.m. Police arrested at the laundry room at 12 Torrey Street Howard I Roach, 52, listed as homeless in Framingham. Charged with trespassing.

6:08 p.m. Police placed one under protective custody at laundry room on 12 Torrrey Street.
