Ram Desrosier Named Conference Player of the Week

The Framingham State University baseball player stole 8 bases, hit 4 home runs and had a .563 on-base percentage last week.

Senior infielder Billy Derosier has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference Baseball Player of the Week for the week ending April 19.

Derosier hit .417 (10-24) with a double, four home runs, eight stolen bases and 11 RBI with a .958 slugging percentage and .563 on-base per­centage in a 5-3 week for the Rams. He went 2-for-3 with a home run and two RBI in the 2-0 game two victory over Salem State and tallied a run and RBI in the 6-2 win over Worcester State.

Derosier also blasted three home runs with five RBI in a 13-5 non-conference win over Plymouth State.
