Rivier University Spikes Framingham State 3-0

The Rams close out the regular season on Friday night when they host Conference rival Worcester State University at 6:30 p.m.

Nashua, NH – The Framingham State University volleyball team was defeated in straight sets 3-0 by Rivier University in non-conference action at Muldoon Gymnasium.

Rivier retired the Rams by scores of 25-17, 25-16, and 25-15.

With the win, the Raiders improve to 25-5 on the year, while the Rams dip to 22-8 with the loss.

The Rams were paced by 10 kills and seven digs from junior Alycia Rackliffe.

Senior Danielle Girard added six kills and eight digs for the Rams, while sophomore Sarah Leonard chipped in with 24 set assists.

Junior Lauren Silverman led the hosts with a .714 hitting percentage totaling 11 kills and nine blocks. Molly McCormack added seven kills and 10 digs, while Dana Mott chipped in with six kills.
