Sand Truck Slides Into Framingham Home After Crash With SUV

The Framingham home has severe damage, and three people were taken to the hospital by ambulance.

Three people were taken to the hospital after a sand truck crashed into a house on Bishop Street Saturday, just after 10 p.m.

Witnesses told Patch an SUV ran a red light, and struck the sander truck, which then slid into the home at 205 Bishop Street.

The driver of the sand truck, and the driver and a passenger from the SUV, were taken to the hospital by ambulance. The type and seriousness of the injuries are unknown still.

Two people were inside the house, at the time of the crash, but were not injured, according to emergency crews.

The house has major damage. The Framingham Building Inspector was called to the scene.

Reports have both the first and second floor with damage, including both structural and foundational damage.

Police are still investigating the crash.
