Have you heard of this one? Seems the in this one, the individual is approached in a parking lot or shopping area and the subject offers to do minor repair work on the vehicle. They say the'll remove dents and dings while you do your shopping. The scammer asks for money, and of course when the victim returns, the "repair person" has taken off with the cash.
