FRAMINGHAM, MA — The latest proposal to redesign Framingham's Nobscott Plaza debuted this week to a standing-room only crowd, and have since been put online for the public to view.
The plans call for a mixed-use development of 163 apartments, retail shops along Water Street and a CVS pharmacy at the corner of Water Street and Edgell Road.
MetroWest Daily News reports the new plans were met by mixed reviews.
