SLIDESHOW: Framingham Frogs Kick Off Summer Season Thursday

The Framingham Parks and Recreation swim team held its 3rd annual car wash over the weekend.

The Framingham Parks & Recreation Swim Team kicks off its season Thursday against arch-rival Newton.

Last season, the Framingham Frogs went undefeated and won the Suburban League summer swim title, under coach Shawn O’Leary.

That was O’Leary’s first title. He took over the summer team 5 years ago. Until the 2014 season, the Frogs had finished second in the league behind arch-rival Newton. Last year the Framingham Frogs snapped Newton’s 52-meet winning streak. The Frogs defeated the Newton Blue Fish 250.5 to 230.5 on July 22.
