The Cathedral Panthers shut out the Mustangs Friday night on the campus of Framingham State University.
The combined Marian High/Keefe Technical football team lost to Cathedral 34-0, and will face its league rival again on Thanksgiving day.
After a scoreless first quarter, Cathedral scored twice in the second quarter to lead 16-0 at halftime.

The second half was Panther score after Panther score. Panther running back Bryon Martin and quarterback Tharzan Laurore factored into each of the Panther scoring drives. Martin had a 90-yard run in the final quarter.
The Mustangs are now 2-4 on the season. The Panthers are now 5-1.
