Karen Spilka on Friday.The reception was held at the Herb Connolly Acura on Route 9 in Framingham on June 26. Spilka, who is the chair of the Ways &amp; Means Committee in the state house, discussed how the auto industry is an economic engine for MetroWest, provide a high wage for employees.
