Snowstorm, Ice Closing Framingham Schools Early

Schools let out early on Wednesday in preparation of the icy storm.

FRAMINGHAM, MA—A winter weather advisory states that a wintry mix is hitting most of Massachusetts on Wednesday between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. Snow accumulations of three to five inches and ice of around one tenth are expected in most areas, including Framingham.

As a precaution, Framingham public schools are being dismissed early on Wednesday, Feb. 7, and there will be no preschool and no after-school programs.

Elementary parents are asked to be sure to meet children at the bus stop.
