The Framingham Library will host a Doctor Who event at the Boys &amp; Girls Club of MetroWest Pearl Street Clubhouse on Friday, Nov. 20.The 6 to 8 p.m. event will feature a costume contest, Gallifreyan button making, a Don't Blink contest and a trivia contest.Fish sticks and custard will be served.The event is geared for middle and high school students.
