TRAFFIC ALERT: Crash on Route 9 West

UPDATE: Crews are still working on repairing the pole on Route 9, said Framingham Police Lt. Stephen Cronin.

He said it will be a couple of hours, so the one lane restriction will likely be in effect when school gets out between 2 and 3:30 p.m. and may still be in effect at 4 p.m. for the evening commute home.

The cause of the van crash is still unknown, said Cronin.

Expect delays on Route 9 west just before Prospect Street due to a crash this morning, March 16.

The right lane is closed.

Framingham Police and Framingham Fire are on the scene.

Injuries are unknown.
