Water Main Break on Pleasant Street

Framingham DPW water department crews are working to fix a water main break on Pleasant Street at the intersection of Knight Road.

The 8-inch cast iron main was originally installed in the 1920s.

Residents in the area can anticipate a loss of water during the 8 p.m. hour.

The affect area is from Temple Street to the Mass Pike bridge.

Crews are working diligently to repair the main.

Please seek an alternate route and avoid Pleasant Street in that area.
