Production manager and lead brewer Kyle Warren doesn't have an NFL allegiance, but he does love a Super Bowl party. Here's what he's making.

The Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers — including Christian McCaffrey — have arrived in Las Vegas to prepare for the Super Bowl. As for your menu preparations, Patch asked local experts what you should make. Here's what they said.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — The NFL’s biggest game of the year is this Sunday. Though some have chosen to focus on superstar travel plans, odd prop bets and other facets of the weekend, here at Patch we’re locked in on what’s important: Food.

There’s just one problem, and it’s that we aren’t experts. So we’ve gone the college football route and recruited people who know much better than us what makes a good Super Bowl party snack, main course and even what you should plan to drink.

Patch reached out to some of the best sports bars, breweries and others in the industry to collect some intel on what the area’s best and brightest culinary minds are planning for their festivities.

We asked Warren what his recommendations for a Super Bowl party are. Here's what he said:

Are you a supporter of any NFL team, and are you a yearly Super Bowl viewer?

I do not support a team, or the league, but the Super Bowl makes for a fun Sunday with friends!

Do you go out or stay home for the Super Bowl (if you aren’t working)?

One of my friends will inevitably throw a party that I will attend.

In your opinion, what is the best Super Bowl party food?

It has to be something you can pick up with one hand and eat in one bite.

What’s your go-to dish if you’re attending a party or watching at home?

Devils On Horseback. Take some pitted dates, stuff them with your favorite blue cheese and wrap them in either prosciutto or bacon. Then pan fry them until they're nice and crispy.

Football beer or drink of choice?

A sessionable and crispy lager in a can.

Pick for this year’s game?

I just hope that everyone has fun!
