When Do Framingham's 3 Beaches Open?

Framingham Parks and Recreation Department will open the Town of Framingham’s trio of beaches on Thursday, June 18.

The three beaches -- Saxonville Beach on Lake Road, Learned’s Pond on Lower Shawmut Terrace, and Lake Waushakum on Nipmuc Road -- will be open from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. most of the summer.

Beach tags are required to use the beaches.

The tags are now on sale Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.. at the Parks & Recreation office.

The cost of the season tags are $15 per resident with a maximum of $40 per family/household (Maximum 6 tags).

The bad news -- the last day the town’s beaches will be open is August 13.
