FRAMINGHAM, MA—A woman said she was just having a good day and dancing when she allegedly "mooned" some traffic near Tedeschi's last week.

In the afternoon of Feb. 28, when it was about 57 degrees outside in Framingham, Officer Stephen O'Rourke spotted a man exit Tedeschi's and get into his vehicle. As he started to pull away, a woman reportedly pulled down her pants and exposed her behind to the vehicle and others at the junction intersection.

According to the report, the officer said the exasperated driver put his hands in the air and others were looking at him, as well, while observing the "mooner."

At the station, Sampson, according to the report, pleaded with officers not to be arrested and that she was "having a good day and simply dancing." Sampson is listed as homeless.
