Woman Charged After Allegedly Threatening Arson, Biting Face

The incident occurred at a Framingham home over the weekend.

FRAMINGHAM, MA—A woman is facing attempted arson charges and domestic assault and battery after prosecutors say she bit her boyfriend and tried to burn down a house at which he was staying, according to reports.

Cassandra Contois, 28, from Rhode Island, turned herself into police on Sunday morning after the incident on Saturday at the Edgell Road, reports Wicked Local Framingham.

According to reports, Contois was staying at the house on Edgell Road, where her boyfriend works as a contractor and stayed there along with the homeowner. A drunk Contois apparently was drunkand attacked her boyfriend while in bed, scratching his wrist before biting his face. When the homeowner ordered her out of the house, she reportedly began pouring gas on the ground and said "I'm going to burn your house down."
