Anne Ludes was one of 23 Framingham School employees honored at the 23rd Annual Salute to Framingham.
The annual Salute program recognizes Framingham teachers and staff who go the extra mile to make each day “special” in our public schools. These teachers and staff are given a “You Are Special” designation and are publicly recognized as part of the Salute to Framingham.

Anne Ludes started at Framingham High School as a math teacher in 1996 and, after a hiatus to spend time with her young children, returned to the great delight of her colleagues.
Since her return, Anne has become the Math Department Head at the High School. As a teacher, Anne was a master of curriculum and lesson planning. She was a strong advocate for all students and taught all levels with passion, energy, and commitment.
She was a curriculum leader for the Algebra 1 and Advanced Placement Calculus courses, a thoughtful mentor to many new teachers, and a truly respected resource for her fellow colleagues.
Anne has been able to effortlessly transition into her role as Department Head, and she combines an insatiable work ethic with true educational vision. She sees big-picture issues in the school and has the skill-set to create solutions in a forward-thinking way that best serves students and staff in the building. She is also a charismatic relationship builder and is a trusted voice of honesty and integrity for the staff under her direct supervision,
as well as many administrative leaders in the building, that rely on her for clarity and results-oriented insight.
