Green Energy Choice is the town's municipal aggregation program. It's a group purchase by the town on behalf of the residents and businesses geared to bring stability and cost savings to the community. Residents are automatically enrolled in the program, which is shown on the National Grid bill, unless they opt out. That means residents who do not opt out currently have power suppled by Public Power, but the electricity is delivered by National Grid, which also fixes outages and sends out the bills that you hate to pay regardless of the price.
