Grafton Mourns Resident Malini Mayerhauser
Her two young sons rode in the PMC Shrewsbury-Grafton Kids Ride in May in her honor.

North Grafton resident Malini Mayerhauser has lost her battle with brain cancer, nearly three months after her two young sons rode in the Pan-Massachusetts Challenge Shrewsbury-Grafton Kids Ride in her honor.
Mayerhauser died on Aug. 3, according to ObitsforLife.com. She was 39.
Mayerhauser is survived by her husband, Jeffrey, and sons Aedan and Jake.
On May 5, Aedan and Jake rode in the PMC Shrewsbury-Grafton Kids Ride as members of Team Malini, 20 youngsters who rode to raise money for adult and pediatric cancer care and research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through the Jimmy Fund. Mayerhauser’s neighbor, Nancy Paulauskas, formed the team.
