Hamilton Traffic Alert: Weekend Road Closures

HAMILTON, MA – Weekend road closures in downtown Hamilton will begin on Friday, July 21, at the two railroad crossings. The town blog reports that the MBTA will repair and replace the train tracks at that time.

The Asbury Street crossing near Bay Road will be closed to traffic starting at 9 p.m. on Friday, according to the town blog. That closure will end on Saturday, July 22, at 9 p.m.

The crossing at Bay and Walnut roads will be closed starting at 9 p.m. on Friday, July 28, and ending at 9 p.m. on Saturday, July 29.

All businesses are expected to be open and accessible during that time. Police officers will be on hand to direct the detours.
