2. Did you know that today is Peace Officers Memorial Day? Peace Officers Memorial Day is held annually in the United States on May 15 in honor of federal, state and local officers killed or disabled in the line of duty. It is observed in conjunction with Police Week. In a proclamation from Gov. Patrick all flags at state buildings including town halls.

3. Earlier this week Hopkinton resident Lynn Story served as an honorary captain at the New England Revolution vs. Vancouver Whitecaps FC game. Story took the Gillette Stadium field and participated in the coin toss ahead of the match on May 12. A season ticket holder since the Revolution’s inaugural season in 1996, Story was celebrating his 60th birthday.
4. Tonight the will be reviewing several items from previous meetings and signing an official purchase and sale agreement for the property at 92 Hayden Rowe Street. The full agenda can be found on the town’s website.

5. Did you know that starting this week Abbey Villa SC will be having weekly practices for kids between the ages of 3 and 6? The class will be called and will be heald on the field.
