When they arrived at Hopkinton's , the seven volunteers from the Charles River Center in Needham were excited to get to work. They volunteer cleaning dishes, changing the dogs' water and walking some of the dogs around the yard. "I really love dogs, I used to have my own dog and now I get to help these dogs," volunteer Richie Butts said. "I look forward to coming here every week."

At their weekly visit to Greyhound Friends, half a dozen volunteers from the Charles River Center spent time helping the shelter.
