Todd Kennedy, 18, of 5 Cassandra Ln. was arrested Friday morning at 9 a.m. when police investigated a phone call from the High School. Kennedy was charged with a drug violation near a school and possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute. According to police reports an administrator at the school found Kennedy in possession of multiple small bags of marijuana and brought the drugs to the attention of the Holliston Police Department. Kennedy was in school when he was found with the drugs, although it is unclear whether they were kept on his person or stored in his locker.
