Holliston Police Log: Man With No Pants Interferes With House Showing
The following information was provided by the Holliston Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, Dec. 27
12:46 a.m.: A Nick's tow truck operator stated a deer ran into the side of his truck on Adams Street on the way to a call. The driver reported the deer was deceased and in the middle of the road. Police moved the deer to the side of the road.
3:40 a.m.: Some trash had blown up against the door of Cold Chain Technologies on Everett Road, possibly activating the alarm.

6:15 a.m.: The state Department of Transportation advised of street flooding on Concord Street at High and Ashland.
6:49 a.m.: The Fire Department received a call about an alarm in the Webster Drive and Wilkins Road area. The caller could not pinpoint the location. The fire chief located a smoke detector outside in the trash.

1:27 p.m.: A Realtor went to show a house on Cheryl Lane and found a man with no pants passed out on the floor. The man was taken to the hospital.
5:42 p.m.: A motorist on Highland Street reported a large pot hole causing vehicles to enter the opposite line of traffic. A cone was placed in the area and a message was left for the Highway Department.
8:59 p.m.: Police responded to a dispute between a mother and daughter on Adams Street. Brianna L. Bell, 17, of 220 Adams St., Holliston, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Friday, Dec. 28
11:09 a.m.: A man turned in some money he found outside Holliston Cleaners.
12:37 p.m.: A past breaking and entering to a motor vehicle was reported on Washington Street.
4:29 p.m.: A resident found a wallet on Arch and Union streets; the wallet belonged to a Framingham resident. A message was left for the owner.
5:38 p.m.: Police stopped a vehicle at Central Street and Pilgrim Road, and will be looking to charge its operator. Police are seeking a summons to charge Fabiano T. Paizante, 30, of 1400 Worcester Rd., Apt. 7214, Framingham, with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle.
7:30 p.m.: Police responded to a crash on Washington Street. A motorist reported striking a rock in the roadway, and oil was leaking from the vehicle. No one was injured. The Fire Department responded to assist with the oil leak.
