After a long night at Boston Medical Center, family members say Nick Russo has made it through a major surgery. "He survived surgery last night that removed part of his skull. He is currently in a coma and the next few days are very critical," Darlene Hayes, Russo's aunt, said. Neighbors have said a resident of the area treated Russo until paramedics could arrive. They also said police believe that Russo's unconscious body may have been dumped out of a tan sedan. If anyone may have seen or had contact with Nick over this past weekend please contact the Framingham Police Dept. at 508-872-1212 x-4249 who are actively investigating the circumstances involving this incident.

After being found unconscious on the side of the road in Framingham yesterday, the Hopkinton resident is currently in intensive care at Boston Medical Center.
