Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Gertrude and Edward Zibrofski.  Patty is survived by her two sons, Luke and Jake LaFlamme as well as her three other "children" Kim Meredith, Bubba Scott, and Justin Cotter all of Holliston. She also leaves behind her siblings, Janet Gardner of Dorchester, Tommy Zibrofski and his wife Patty of Melrose; her nieces and nephews, Erin Zibrofski-Bush and her husband Bob, Jill and Chris Halligan, Tim and Julie Gardner; her great-nieces, Kelli and Chloe Halligan; and her dogs Gretta and Dozer and her beloved Maya-Jean and Mario. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be announced pending confirmation. Donations may be made in her memory to N.E.A.R.R., P.O. Box 756, Wellfleet, MA. 02667-0756. Arrangements are under the care of the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston.
